On 12th October i booked courier Gary Bond. During that week he contacted me several times requesting payment of 129.95. I gave him my bank details and payment was made.
A few weeks later i was still waiting for delivery and he was very hard to get hold of. I finally recieved an email saying he couldn't deliver due to the location (Scotland), and he told me he would offer a refund.
I am still waiting for this refund and i have emailed him every week asking for it and have left several voicemails. He has emailed me back 3 times saying he has been out of area and will sort it out and i have to wait 5 working days for it to process. Still no refund.
I would appreciate assistance to claim a full refund for goods not delivered.
