Total disregard for customer service

Last saturday I chose to buy now for an item from this website through Amazon.co.uk. Despite a reply saying the item would be posted iin 2-5 days this did not happen.
Today I received an email confirming that the item was not in stock!

The custmer service help desk is poor beyond belief, with messages of high call rate or that i was in a queue and No1 in the queue only to be cutt off just seconds later. If it was really busy then i would be No1 in the queue each time i got through!!

I sent an email asking to cancel my order only to be sent an email asking me to re-consider! I have since replied but still wait for an answer.

I rarely complain but both Amazon and Purely gadgets have let me down, as Amazon are only too happy to "front" other webshops but they have not relied to my email sent earlier today and now say they wont be able to do anything until Monday ..

I will never use either Amazon or Purelygadgets again after this issue has been resolved.
