I received an air-mail letter stating this attorney's client (same last name as mine) and family died in a car crash 2/25. It was determined that I was next of kin and should be paid funds ($10.5 million) left in his Security Finance Co.
The letter asks for my phone and fax numbers and he can be contacted via phone #011 44 79 404-18-990.

After a brief search on the internet I found a local person that received an identical letter with a different name.
