Unable to provide tickets

I thought that I had brought 4 tIckets for the Jingle Bell Ball for december 5th. This tickets did not appear as the person who was selling them changed his mind. I had a terrible time with them their customer service is shocking. I am so upset and I am still waiting for my money to arrive back.

I would NEVER ever advise anyone to buy anything from this company again, they should be black listed.

The worse thing was I had to tell my 2 granddaughter that they couldn't go.
