Not delieverd my boots i order n have took the payment out of my account

I placed my order on 6th november for romantic ugg boots.i was told 7_10 days through a support ticket but now have no access no more and cant get in touch with the company.they have taken a payment out of my bank account for £78.44.It has been 3weeks and i have not received or heard anything. I have tried tracking my order but could not get anywhere and now have been left confused and angry. I would be so thankful if you could please help me with this matter.i have my tracking number and order number and all the emails and my bank statement to prove it.

please if you could help me and kindly get back to me as soon as possible.
