I have been unable to access my Hotmail account [email protected] for 5 days now. I keep asking for help through their help centre forums and solutions and I'm not getting anywhere. I have to important job applications stuck in that account. I have recieved so called replies from monitors but they keep giving me the same answers to links that do not work. I have also made a formal complaint to MSN with a pin number given of 1139348329. I still have not heard from any member of MSN staff. Where do I go from here? Thanks. Michael
