I booked a flight with Ryan Air and apparantly I ticked a box requesting £15.00 off my next RyanAir flight. Unknown to me this automatically joined me into this Shoppers Discount and they have been taking £10.00 month from my Visa card since 15 August. The amount monthly is not large and so it never rang any warning bells for me as I thought it was a transaction of my Wife who also signs on the account. I was finally informed by my credit card company who tell me that they have had nany problems with this company. I consider that this is, albeit no doubt legal, a scam. Is there any way I can get a refund of the £180.00 this has cost me?
