Order not received, communication ignored

I ordered a number of items from this website weeks ago. The next day, they took the amount of £58 from my bank account. Since then, I have heard nothing from them, and have not received my order.

Repeated attempts to email them go unanswered. Their phone is never answered either.

I feel that they have stolen my money. A cursory Google search reveals numerous other complaints about them.
