Not even sure anymore if it's a she or a he or even an it. If you research the IP address Carmen emails you from, it's actually in Scottsdale, Arizona and NOT the UK.
HSBC Bank needs to have this con artist reported. As well as they others he/she is in cahoots with.

Try it use the way back machine (http://www.archive.org/web/web.php). Both contact me pages are EXACTLY the same. Even the approach and the words and lack of response once money has been made off clients.
