Purchased x2 tickets for take that at villa park on the 29th October. tickets to be delivered between the 4th and 20th June, those dates came and went and no tickets. i sent many messages hung on the telephone trying to find out some information. The company then contacted me today at 11.40 and said they did not have enough tickets. The venue gates were due to open at 12 midday, when the caller asked me what i wanted to do and i said it was too late she hung up on me. After many minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone and deal with my complaint i did speak to a david (apparently the only one in the office) he referred me to a person called Rahat and i have now forwarded my details twice to them and await reimbursement, if nothing comes of this in 7 days, i will take it further in the media for investigation as i have a nephew working as an investiagative journalist for the bbc/radio 4 and im sure he would love to open this out a bit more.
