I have written the following to shopperdiscounts:
I insist you immediately refund to me the total of £40 (£10 a month) which you have taken from my Mastercard over a period of 4 months since I used e-bookers to buy a flight at the end of May.
This amount was completely unauthorised by me and I have no interest whatever in your services.
Apparently my "membership" number is xxxxxxx.
As you clearly have all my personal and master card account details you should have no difficulty in immediately effecting a refund.
If I do not receive immediate notification that this amount will be refunded I will be contacting the national newspapers and consumer affairs authorities as I note from a considerable number of internet blog sites that this is something many others have complained of.
