Non Delivery of item and no refund

Ordered very expensive bottle of whisky on 4 March. Money removed from account swiftly but no delivery. Claims that courier has lost delivery (Three times now). Promised refund on 4 May but nothing received by 19 May. Trying to contact by telephone and email for two days but no response.

Do not use this company.
