Shiatsu Massage Cushion
Order cancelled by the seller but no repayment

I have made a order in internetshopuk.com (Shiatsu Massage Cushion), order 516057. I paid this order by credit card by Paypal at 17 November the order never arrived and i sent an email to now anything about the order, i received an email asking me to call a number, I tried to call several but always heard that the time was not possible to connect, i sent a email asked to communicate by email because it is impossible by phone. I wait 2 weeks and nothing, after i sent a new email asking for my paid order, i received an email saying that the order was canceled. I have sent several emails asking how to proceed to be repaid and I have received response.
