I brought my sister and electric scooter and it was not charging so i sent it back. I was then told they did not receive it i then told them i had a tracking number and i was then told the person that signed for it does not work there.
The parcel force delivery driver went in and spoke to the manager and confirmed that an a west does work for them. They then told me i was going to receive a refund and it still hasnt came i have been having problems since the 15th of december can you help? i have called him so many times and i get nowhere there is just a mobile number on the website which is 07748 900004
