I have searching for PS3 40GB from google Shopping on 16 September and i found a web site called it was cheap so i looked if they accepted paypal as they did so i ordered the PS3 and pay the seller 249.08 through paypal i thought paypal well protact me from sacm and fraud.
scound i reacive email INVOICE and saying your Order #1564 has been processed and it well be with you in the next 6-8 days so i wait 8 day i have not receive the item so i contact him about the order and i get reply saying it well be with you in the next 5-6 day so i said to my self what a F after a read the email in did not take 2 mint i went to paypal site and open paypal Dispute on 25/09. So i fill all info about the Transaction and as they say if the seller not respond to the Dispute in 10 day well take the action so they 10 day was over and the Case closed on 6 Oct. 2008 and this is what i get

so i have contact paypal and they told me we can not refund any money to your paypal account because the seller balance is 0.00 so as we can see the seller take all the money from his paypal balance before i finish this it is not only me there are 100 of buyer out there asking paypal to refund there money if you could check this site you well see all buyer who complain about
