Cannot download or contact customer service for my so called software purchase

I paid for a silkypix software download and was told it would take up to 24 hours for "processing". They even go so far as to give you a member area login name and password. It is useless, it keeps asking you again and again for the same info, and you still can not enter the area.

Now when you try to contact custoner service, it tell you that you are using the WRONG e-mail address. SO you are never able to contact them either.
I told the credit cardcompany to cancel the transaction. BEWARE of this scam website.
