On Dec. 17th I was looking for a song on the internet and found this site. It said I could try the site for 3 days free. Then I would be $39.73 per month. I logged on and tried for 1 hour to download or listen to any song, but to no avail.. It kept telling me to log on, but the site kept telling me I was already logged on. I sent a cancellation notice in right away because I was unable to listen to or download any songs.
I was then charged a total of 4 times. Dec, 17 (posted to my account Dec 19) $4.87, and $1.00. Then they went in and charged my account Dec. 19 (posted Dec 23) $39.73 twice for a total of $79.46.
I repeatedly called the phone # and it just gave me an internet site to go on for help. I sent 2 e-mails, 1 to Billing -Aid and 1 to Customer support help (which responded to the 1st e-mail) I explained that I did not authorize them to take the money from my account for a site I used for 1 hour only and that I cancelled that nite . (didn't know it was a porn site until after the 2nd e-mail) Customer Support help responded by saying "Subscription has been cancelled Thank You." I have paid a total of $85.33, for web site that I never used.
