Online payment method, charged my bank account twice, I only made one payment, company will not respond to the matter

I used their payment method to make an online payment of 246.99 and my card was correctly charged that amount on the day, 06/11/08. However, I was then charged 246.99 again on the 12/11/08 even though I did not purchase anything. I then immediately tried to get in touch with them regarding this, but they do not respond at all.

On their website their is a Live Support which is supposed to allow you to talk to customer service reps online, however, no matter when you use this there are no customer support reps available. It then tells you to email them and they will get back to you shortly.

I have emailed them numerous times and not once did i get any sort of reply. I then tried to get a record of the original transaction and not surprisingly their is no record in their system. They are a terrible company, very disorganized and dishonest, and I think they have taken my money for themselves.
