On December 5 I ordered 3 test tube aliens from this website. I paid $12.95 apiece for them along with about $5 apiece in shipping. the site stated that the items would take about 10 days to arrive even though they were in the UK. I have recieved nothing except for an email that they received my order. I have emailed 6 times and made international calls 5 times. I have not recieved a reply to either one even though the site states that emails will be answered within 24 hours.
