A Dr. Mavis Johnson ([email protected]) has been sending out emails from a forged IP address. Subject is "BE OUR PARTNER 10% Job Offer."
It is a common scam. After offering bogus excuses as to why the "Mavis Johnson Fabrics and Textiles" company cannot establish an office or a bank account in the US, the email offers you the opportunity to cash a certified check or money order, keep 10%, then forward the proceeds via Western Union or "Money Gramme."
Email claims that the average monthly income is $4, 000 working only 3-7 hours per week!
Email is full of grammatical errors. A web search for "Mavis Johnson Fabrics and Textiles" has negative results.
