After having been daft enough to order a 'trial' of the Acai Burn product and quite happily paid with credit card for the supposed $14 for post and packing of the 'free trial'!!!
Thereafter I've been charged a further $250 for other bits and pieces - I have cancelled this account but am dubious that I will no longer hear from them.
Their website has a live chat option for help and I have a full script of my conversation with this person, offering a money back guarantee etc etc... but they then tell me that the cannot do it without me speaking personally to a human on their helpdesk phone number, who then tell me to refer back to the live chat option or drop them an e-mail - all of which I have done.
