No refund given non delivery of goods

I ordered a treadmill over a month ago... It didn't arrive so I cancelled the order. I still have not received a refund. They don't answer the phone or emails. Many other customers report the same problem. Please do not use this company... It will end in tears.

I am probably going to have to take them to court to get the money back.
