I ordered products from Viswiss telephonically and paid for them with my Visa Card on 27 October. I paid for 1st class postage and to date have yet to receive my order. After numerous e mails and phonecalls (to the call centre toll free line) and many arguements with their staff, i have hit a " brick wall "!! No response or confirmation is received and you just cannot get an answer from anybody. I must now presume that ViSwiss is a fraudulent company and that i have been conned!! What can i do? (Do i threaten them with legal action?). Any suggestions would be welcomed.
