Having just ordered a supposedly innocent trial for just £29.95 I cancelled the order having not received any further details or advice letter. I made the mistake of giving a debit card number and now been charged over three times totalling £138.95 for one poxy dentist whitener! When I called they put me on hold for 5 mins (bearing in mind I'm in the UK calling the US), and hesitantly said they didn't understand what the sterling conversions were and repeatedly told me that it was a 15 day trial and that was when I said I had't rec'd anything (the one solitary brush), until much later than 15 days! I have only had a refund of £30.47. one company is saying the other should sort any outstanding query but shipment is now gone which is why I've been charged (before it actually arrives!). Can anyone help with an e-mail address/contact name as I don't want to call the states repeatedly... Thanks
