Fraudulent claims

I purchased health products for a trial period at a cost of £5.00. I then recieved a call from my bank to say that this company wanted to take two payments of £75.00 out of my account one month later. I refused authorisation of these payments and was informed by my bank that I needed to allow these payments to enable them to trace where the payments were going too. I was assured that I could then claim this money back. However, I have now found out that Global Well being won't send the money back to the bank so they are not willing to reimburse me. I at no time authorised any further payments than the initial £5.00 paid. This company seem to feel that they can just take money whenever they feel like it becasue they have got your bank details. We have been robbed at the most expensive and difficult time of year which will mean that our children will have to have little presents this year!
