Dear Sir/ Madam,
There has been a fraudulent transaction carried out by Dazzlewhite/ Ultifreshwell from my Llyods TSB Account.
They have debited the charges without my knowledge and authorisation. The website never said that I will be charged for 30.77 pounds extra. I authorised payment for 12 odd pounds but not for 30.77 pounds. I am student here and live hand to mouth. Please help me sort this out and get back the money I work hard for. When I go online and check the same it shows me that Dazzlewhite does not have a good reputation and has been faking customers. I think they simply should be dragged to the court of law and penalized for such acts.
