Not received itemwant postage refund

I ordered on line Order # 42489848

I placed order on 16th August. The postage amount was charged to my account on 20th Aug. I have still not recieved the goods and have made 3 calls chasing delivery or a refund. Each time I have been told I would be contacted via e-mail. Today I have phoned and have been told my account was closed on 24th September and payment will not be refunded. I have asked to speak to a Manager but this is not possible

This is a scam please make people aware.
