A 3 licence commercial was purchased for £59.99 for an internet download. This was not able to be activated on no.2 or 3 computer.
Kaspersky was immediately e-mailed and the reply was for me to photograph the screen, scan and sent to Kaspersky. The problem was that my main PC was now unusable. I have repeatedly requested the return of my payment as the item was unworkable. All this was within 72 hours and to date no more has been heard. the original purchase was on 24/11
