Just found that McAfee have been charging our credit card since 7 years!! But..wait for it... unauthorised and fraudulent account using our details under a bogus email account!! We pointed out to McAfee that we do have a valid account with them for our business, however the 7 year charges where obviously by a fraudulent user who has obtained our details and used a bogus email to down load!! So what we have here is a plain and simple credit card fraud, unauthorised transactions to account dating back 7 years, and what are McAfee doing about this? NOTHING!! We requested a full refund dating back 7 years, and their reply was fickle just like their company. STAY AWAY!!!
