Money taken from my account

I had this company taking money from my account even though I only use their service on a trial basis. I stopped and don't use ie anymore but they have the audacity to still taking my money afterwards. On my bank statement it is only saying pwwonline.

If you know them can you please tell them that I, Nkongolo Mwamba,

would like them to stop taking my money and put back the pounds 50.49
