Faulty goods poor service

I have worst experience with this company, I am not going to deal with them again but I will advise people also be very careful or don't deal with this company at all. They sending faulty goods after complaining you have to call different number then the store you bought and they will give you another delivery date after another 4 weeks on top of the original 4 weeks delivery date. the customers service is very poor, if you go back to store you don't get proper answer and the manager is always on day off. The worst furniture experience of my life. I have bought one storage bed and one lima wardrobe, after lot of hassle some how manage to correct bed but with wardrobe i have received one part broken (damage) and they are saying they need to order it from out of the country and it will take more than 4 weeks from now which is on top of original 4 weeks delivery. I would recommend don't buy anything from this company.they are just playing with peoples money and buying time and using as their cash flow.
