Missing handles

I purchased a whole bedroom suite for my daughter. most of which were pretty shoddily made. e.e the screw holes didnt always match up .screw caps missing etc. but the main reason for my complaint is the alaska internal drawers for robe is completely missing the handles. i have emailed kd products and as of yet have had no reply. 3 weeks late
