We arrived at pizza hut at 3pm ish for a happy hour meal had to wait 1hr 45min's for our food we ordered 2 sharing platters also but only recived 1, and the waiter was rude very rude then after a bit of a discussion the waiter tried to call us a lier, then after we pointed out to him his mistakes and rudeness towards a female collegue he admitted he had forgotton to order the 2nd platter, now correct me if im wrong that lil note pad is used for taking orders is it not . they got our drinks mixed up twice, then after our meal we had to wait 30 min's for our dessert then when we ordered our dessert we were told the ice cream factory was faulty this is not how a buisness is run u should never argue with members of the public when u r clearly wrong admit ur mistake correct it and deal with the solution.
