Were regular customer of pizza hut but we always eat as dine in and we didn't have a problem, i even remember that one time i ordered spicy pizza and after 20 min we realize that its spicy and the kids can't eat it, the waiter who assisted us is really nice and approachable and managed to change and sort out our order.last 2 weekend we tried to have take away order instead.coco shen attended on us 31/1/09 while looking on the menu and at the same time waiting to be attended by her, on that time she's doing something (paperworks) and she told me to decide on my order and she'll be with me shortly according to her that doesn't bothered me and then comes this second incident with her again this past weekend 08/2/09 i placed an ordered 2 med. pizza and after one minute/less than one minute we decided that our order won't be enough to us asked coco shen if we can change it to 2 large and she say no we can't changed our order once we place it i explain to her that it not even a minute passed since we make our order and how come she's saying no without even checking it yet so thats the time she went in the pizza pantry to checked it and i can see her from the distance that she didn't ask instead took an order out to other customer and came back to me saying they can't change our order i told her that she didn't even checked it so she went inside again but this time i followed her but she didn't know that i followed she's quite surprised when she see me in her back.but obviuosly with this too long discussion it is too late to cancel/change our order already, if she acted immediately it won't be too late to change our order.im really disappointed with her service, the way she talk to customer shes not approachable, helpful and friendly come to think of it that she's the manager in there.i told her that i'm not happy about the service and i will complaint about it and she told me to complaint and the way she talk to me it seems like it doesn't bothered her.can't see any reassuring or apologetic on her the way she say the words to me which is not nice/proper way of dealing a complaint.hope this will be actioned so that it won't happened to other customer. please can i have feedback about this please my add.12 goldfinch drive cottenham camb.cb24 8xy.thank you.
