Went to the Mobile phone section where there's the help desk and asked the sales man a simple question where can I get a samsung battery for my phone i have purchased from asda about 6 months ago as the battery has gone. He replied I don't know. I said can you check for me he said no we can't help so I said what are you saying you sell phones and don't have spare batteries for them or at least tell me where i can get a spare one im shure im not the first customer to ask that question he just looked at the customer next to me and was shaking his head? He told me I was being abusive toward him .is that the way they should treat customers?
