I bought a nokia 5300 in may and in june I took it back to the O2 shop in Barnsley were I purchased it from, because it would not turn on an off, when I went back to collect it from the shop they told me they could not repair it under warranty because of water damage, what I would like to know is why they said it was water damaged when I only took it in because it would not turn on an off, I have not had my phone anywhere near water so how can they claim water damaged, I am not very happy about the situation because I have paid £90.00 for a phone I cant use.
