Poor Service / Incorrect Charge

I found the service very poor for the following reasons:

* The delivery to the UK incurred a £2.91 import tax and an £8 penalty for non-prepayment, which was not made clear at any point. Neither was it made clear that the goods were coming from outside of the UK and the ".co.uk" web address is particularly misleading in this respect.

* The amount billed in GBP on my credit card was different the GBP amount on my invoice because the company passed the risk of fluctations in foreign exchange onto the me without making it clear.

* Customer Services did not seem to have a good grasp of the English language (in terms of comprehension, spelling and grammar) and did not deal with my complaints satisfactorily.
