About 4 months ago I took a contract out with talking phones direct which intern took a contract out with you for an 18 month contract. The way it was meant to work was I pay orange the 40 every Month and every 3 months I send the bills to (Talking phones direct) for a Redemption which is 35 of every 40 I payed. I recently (25th Nov) Sent them off to this firm and have heard nothing else from them and no money has been received, I Have tried contacting them on several occasions and never got though to them.
