These people should not be allowed to trade. I bought a console from them, which was faulty. I emailed them about 20 times and phoned many times, but got no answer. The only way to get a reply was to tell them exactly what i thought of them. I then got some sort of abuse, although i can't be sure because the english was not very good. The website is false advertising.
