Internet scam! False promise of sending mobile phones from England/Finland.
Money was lost after payment by Western Union. Seller agreed to ship merchandise within three days then, demanded immediate payment for International Import License which he says he already paid for. I do not pay for unauthorized purchases on my behalf.
I found out that no such license is necessary. Scammer said in 3 emails that merchandise was already shipped out then, in the last email after demanding that payment for the false license, said he would put shipment on "hold" and refused any refund.
Now, I am out of my hard-earned money and no merchandise is coming. Beware of this seller who requires false licenses! Please do not send this scammer any money or you will regret it!
