Ripoff faulty merchandise refused refund internet

I bought a minicell from a London based internet company. It cost $239. When it arrived it was defective. I sent it back and after several weeks I received it in the same defective condition. I returned it again and asked for a refund through at least 4 emails. I never heard from the company.
