Hi i bought a phone from Phones 4U as i recieved a text from then informing me that i had to visit the shop for an upgrade. I had deleted this message unfortunatly and when i got to the shop they denied sending me this message.
They were very helpful in showing me how they would pay off my old contract and take out another one. I told the seller that i wanted nothing longer than an 18 month contract. However he paid no attention and gave me a 24 month contract without informing me. He was very pushy in making me take out the longer contract and very pushy in making me take out their own insurance.
However, he was very helpful apart from this. I believe that it was the company forcing him to be pushy.
