I purchased a camera and a camera case. I kept the camera but returned the camera case after contacting this company (as instructed) to inform them that I would return the case for a refund. I never received a refund and chased several times but kept getting the run-around. I have proof of delivery from the Post Office. I finally informed this company that I would seek redress from official sources if they did not issue an immediate credit. They never responded and have not issued the credit. Caveat emptor--avoid Camerabox.co.uk like the plague.
