Returned goods not refunded

I purchased a Canon Ixus 200 camera on July 28th. However, after browsing further on the internet, I noticed the camera was being sold much cheaper on another site thus I telephoned Simply Electronics to cancel my order. The gentleman said that was fine as my order hadn't been processed... until 2 weeks later, I received a confirmation email to say the camera had been dispatched!!! I phoned Simply Electronics again and advised them I had cancelled my order. They told me that they never accept a cancellation of an order over the phone; you have to email a cancellation! I was never advised of this.

I was told to refuse the camera when it was delivered, which I did on August 12th. I was told it would only take 7-10 working days to refund my credit card. I am now sitting at the 16th of September and they have STILL NOT refunded my credit card. I've now contacted my credit card company who are investigating the matter and will claim for the money once I forward emails demonstrating I returned the camera.
