I see I'm not the first to write a report about this company!
I purchased an expensive (80) pair of Asics. They arrived and were not the size I ordered. I immediately emailed customer services and received an email from "Mike" apologising and saying that I could send them back and be refunded. I still have not been refunded. They are now ignoring my many, many emails. I have sent numerous emails, attaching all the correspondence with them so far, but they are simply refusing to respond and pay the debt they owe. I simply do not know what to do - I'm now 80 out of pocket. And they just won't respond. And they have no telephone number on their website. It's completely outrageous. This has now been going on for three months, with me emailing them very regularly. I am starting to wonder whether their whole company is simply a con?
