Partyrama fake products from the party ruiners!
I ordered some balloons and a disposable helium canister from Partyrama.
I managed to inflate all the balloons to what I felt to be the right size so as not to pop but not be under-inflated and felt I probably still had helium left over as it had not appeared to run out during inflation.
However, about an hour later and not long after the party had started, one by one the balloons started to fall to the floor. I was devastated as the whole look of my party dcor was ruined so early on in the party.
When I called up Partyrama to complain about the helium and request a refund, I was passed over to the only Manager whose name is Tony Baja.
Not only was Tony Baja rude, aggressive and unprofessional but he also refused to accept that there was even a chance that the helium canister I had purchased could possibly be anything but perfect quality.
He raised his voice at me, made me feel intimidated, insulted me by calling me a liar and then decided to end the call by slamming the phone down on me.
Since this ridiculous situation, I celebrated a birthday and was surprised at work with a helium-filled balloon tied to the back of my chair. It is three weeks since my birthday and that balloon is still floating around, even if it is slightly less perky than it was on my birthday. I need no further confirmation that proper helium keeps balloons up for days or even weeks rather than an hour or two.
I would like to warn everybody reading this that Partyrama's products are poor quality and their customer service is even worse, with categorically the most aggressive and demeaning customer service I have EVER experienced in my entire life.
Tony Baja is both rude and unprofessional and I urge people not do purchase products from Partyrama If and when there is a problem, you will be treated horribly if you seek a refund or exchange.
