Deceptive Business Practice ripoff Cornwall

I saw an ad in a magazine for an energy saving product manufactured in the UK. I am a senior citizen and was very intereste in a product that I could demonstrate and sell. I sent in a request with all my information and naturally they approved my qualifications. I was rushed into sending a downpayment of $5, 000. After, I compledted the franchize fee of another $15, 000.By my mistake, I invested without further investigating the product.

On the 6th of March, I went to a meeting in Miami that the sompany, Somar) hosted, and expressed my concern about the business and asked for them to cancel my contract and return my money. After 2 months of phone calls and emails, they denied my request. I was not invited to the technical meeting held on the 7th of March.

I was not aware that I need to be technical in Electricity and have a tremendous bank roll to support this business. I expressed that to Somar many time and they refuse to heed my petition.

I feel that I was misled and deceived about this business and believe the honest thing they could do is return my money, naturally with a restocking fee or administrative charges.
