Be warned, HP only pay lip service to customer service. I bought a new printer/scanner and also a wireless upgrade kit, and after only a week, problems started.
I have been exchanging emails with customer support now for nearly two weeks. No one bothers to look at the case notes, so I get some junior who emails me again to either tell me something they told me two days ago, or tell me something which is factually incorrect (eg - and this is a direct quote - "the wireless printer upgrade kit is not designed to permit scanning").
My biggest complaint is that they make it impossible to escalate problems - no one cares.
My suggestion - avoid!!
