Failure to Delive

I ordered and paid for a hard drive on 24th Jan got an email on 25th Jan saying "posted... Please allow 3-5 working days" It's now 5th February and nothing. So I called on the 3rd Feb and was told I would receive an email to report item not received.

Nothing!!!
