Again i did not receive my ugg boots ordered for my daughter for christmas. Again emailed many times asking to cancel and had no reply and the funds were immediately taken from my account and have never been refunded. I don't understand how this bogus company can trade and get away with stealing. I hope it all comes back and bites them on their big fat huge behinds MERRRY CHRISTMAS!!!
